Each item has different delivery times and are specified on each product page before placing an order.
Generally, the delivery times are as follows:
- 18ct gold: 7-10 working days
- Platinum 950: 20 working days
- Silver 925: 7 working days

Once all the production phases of your ring have been completed, you will receive an email confirmation of the shipment in which you will also find in tracking and the courier used. In most cases you will receive your order the day after the shipment (maximum within 48 hours).

Is the shipment traceable?
Of course it is! All our shipments are traceable and you will receive the tracking directly in the shipment confirmation email.

Is the shipment insured?
We know how important it is for you to buy a jewel and, for this reason, all our shipments are insured for the full amount of your purchase.

Can I request a faster shipment?
It is possible to request a faster shipment of your item by filling in the "Special Requests" box on each product page: in this way we will receive the request together with your order. What if I need delivery the day after the order?
In some cases we can guarantee extremely fast delivery but please always contact us before placing an order.

Is the contents of the package identifiable?
The package in which you will receive your item is absolutely anonymous and discreet and inserted inside the packaging of the courier used.
Don't worry: your item will be unidentifiable from the outside.

Can I ask for a change of shipping address?
Generally, the shipment is made to the address indicated during registration. However, you can request a change of address by contacting us by email or in Livechat before your order has been shipped. If you have already received the email with the shipping confirmation and would like to change your address, please contact us and we will try to process your request. Remember that, in this case, since the delivery is scheduled within 24/48 hours, the courier may not be able to change the delivery address.

What if I am not at home or cannot answer the intercom?
In this case, the courier will schedule delivery the next day. If on the second attempt the delivery is unsuccessful, the shipment will be in stock and you just need to contact us and we will be happy to help you solve the problem.
